Promote the welfare of retired and displaced racing animals by providing financial support to individuals, organisations and initiatives dedicated to their care, rehoming and rehabilitation;   Provide support to communities impacted by the closure of animal racing industries in New Zealand, including assistance with economic transition, community wellbeing initiatives and the development of alternative opportunities for individuals and organisations previously involved in the racing sector;.

Repurpose racing infrastructure for community benefit, such as education, recreation or welfare; and   Promote the health and wellbeing of children and young people by providing financial support to junior sporting clubs and children's sporting initiatives.
